B.Ed Exam Pattern
प्रवेश परीक्षा का सिलेबस एवं मार्किंग: प्रतोयिगिता परीक्षा का प्रश्न बहुवेकल्पिक (MCQ) तथा कुल 100 अंको की होंगी। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 1 अंक का होगा तथा प्रत्येक गलत जवाब के लिए 0.25 अंक कटा जायेगा।

Language Proficiency ( Hindi + English )
| Language Proficiency shall have 30 questions (15 questions for Hindi & 15 Questions for English) indicating specific area like comprehension, rearranging sentences, selecting suitable words for the blanks, finding out errors in parts of the sentences, finding out equivalent meaning to the given phrases, finding out suitable words for the incomplete sentences, sequencing, grammar which includes synonyms, idioms, prepositions tenses, articles. |
Teaching Aptitude
| Teaching Aptitude (40 questions) will cover specific areas like attitude towards education, children, and the teaching profession; interest in teaching; leadership qualities & group management; emotional & social adjustment; intrapersonal & interpersonal skills; and general awareness of contemporary issues pertaining to school education. |
Reasoning Ability
| Reasoning Ability (30 questions) indicating specific areas like verbal non-verbal reasoning, missing numbers, number series, letter series, theme finding, jumbling, analogy, odd one out, arranging the statements in a sequential form, statement, and conclusion, syllogism, logical problems, establishing relationships and numerical ability. |

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board was constituted under Section 85 of the Bihar Re-Constituted Act, 2000 by the Govt. vide Memo No. 374 dated 29.03.2001. The Government of Jharkhand has assigned the responsibility of conducting entrance tests for admission into various Institutions in the state. J.C.E.C.E.B. presently organizes the following entrance tests annually (depending upon the approval granted by the respective Departments of Govt. of Jharkhand for the respective session.
