Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2026: The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (J.C.E.C.E.B.) has officially started the Polytechnic Counselling 2026 for candidates who appeared in the PECE 2026 (Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination). Eligible candidates can now participate in the counselling process for admission into government and private polytechnic institutes across Jharkhand for the academic year 2026-27.

Students can apply for counselling based on their Common Merit List (CML) Rank and Category Rank, as published by JCECEB. The counselling process is completely online, and the direct link is available below in the important links section.

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the official notification for Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2026. This counseling process is conducted for admission into various polytechnic diploma courses offered by government and private institutes across Jharkhand for the academic year 2026-27.

• Only candidates with positive marks and listed in the Merit List can apply.
• Seat allocation will be based on CML and category rank.
• No limit on the number of choices – select as many institutes/branches as possible.

About J.C.E.C.E.B.

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board was constituted under Section 85 of the Bihar Re-Constituted Act, 2000 by the Govt. vide Memo No. 374 dated 29.03.2001. The Government of Jharkhand has been assigned the responsibility of conducting entrance tests for admission into various Institutions in the state. J.C.E.C.E.B. presently organizes the following entrance tests annually (depending upon the approval granted by the respective Departments of Govt. of Jharkhand for the respective session.
