Jharkhand NHM Recruitment 2026 – Educational Qualification
- Staff Nurse-RCH: 10+2/Intermediate with 3 years General Nursing and Midwifery course from a Government recognized institution and registration under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- Staff Nurse-NBSU: 10+2/Intermediate with 3 years General Nursing and Midwifery course from a Government recognized institution and registration under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- District Public Private Mix (PPM) Coordinator-NTEP: Postgraduate in any discipline with 1 year experience in communication/ACSM/Public Private Partnership/Health projects/programs. Permanent two-wheeler driving licence is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in RNTCP and qualification in Social Science, Mass Media/Communication or Rural Development Advocacy.
- ANM-RCH: 10+2 or equivalent examination with ANM course recognized and approved by INC and registration under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- Block Data Manager-RCH: Graduation in any discipline with at least 1 year Diploma in Computer Application/DOEACC ‘O’ Level or equivalent computer qualification. Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience and knowledge of local language are required.
- ARSH Counselor: Post Graduate Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development or Diploma in Nursing with minimum 1 year relevant experience in Adolescent work. Knowledge of Adolescent Developmental Stage and MS Office is required.
- Sanitary Attendant-NPHCE: 10th/12th pass with at least 2 years of experience working in a hospital.
- Rehabilitation Worker-NPHCE: 10+2 or equivalent qualification, 1½ year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MR/HI/ASD/VI) or Community Based Rehabilitation Worker (CBRW) from a recognized institute, registration under Rehabilitation Council of India Act 1992 and at least 1 year hospital experience.
