e Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship 2025-26: Under E Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship, financial assistance is provided by the Welfare Department of Jharkhand to the students studying in Post Matric courses. Online application for the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme started in the financial year 2025-2026 under the Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority, and Backward Class Welfare Department. E-Kalyan will be provided on the Jharkhand Scholarship Portal to all the students studying inside and outside the state. Students can apply online for the scholarship through the link given below.

Eligibility Criteria for eKalyan Scholarship

To apply for Jharkhand e Kalyan Scholarship, students must fulfill the following criteria:-

• Only permanent and local residents of Jharkhand state can apply for Jharkhand e Kalyan scholarship.
• This scholarship scheme is applicable only for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and OBC poor category.
• For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, maximum family income should be up to 2.5 lakhs.
• For OBC category, maximum family income should be up to 2.5 lakhs.
• Students studying in Intermediate, Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma, ITI and Medical courses can apply for the E Kalyan scholarship scheme.

Who can Apply for E-Kalyan Scholarship ?

1. Student must be of Jharkhand State.
2. Student must be either Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Caste (SC) or Backward Class (BC).
3. Students Annual Family Income from all sources should not exceed as per the list given below.
   1. Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Caste (SC) Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lacs Fifty thousand only)
   2. Backward Class (BC) Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lac Fifty thousand only)

Documents Required

Only Scanned copies for all the Original Documents (Latest Documents only) should be uploaded. The List of Documents Includes

• Student Photograph
• Bonafide Certificate (with Fee structure )
• Valid Income Certificate
• Residence Certificate
• Caste Certificate
• Previous Year Mark Sheet
• Bank Pass Book Scan
• Scanned Copy of Application Form (Signature of Student and Parent/Guardian)

How to Apply for e-Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship

Follow these easy steps to apply for the scholarship through the e-Kalyan portal:

Step 1: Register on the e-Kalyan Portal

• Visit the official website: https://ekalyan.cgg.gov.in
• Click on “Student Registration”.
• Fill in your details (like Aadhaar number, name, date of birth) exactly as they appear on your Aadhaar card.
• Avoid using special characters while filling the form.
• After registering, you’ll get a User ID and Password on your mobile number or email.

Step 2: Log In and Fill the Application Form

• Log in to the portal using your User ID and Password.
• Fill in all the required details such as:
• Personal information
• Educational details
• Bank account details (must be in your name)

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

• Upload scanned copies of the required documents like:
• Aadhaar Card
• Bank Passbook
• Other necessary certificates

Note:- Make sure all files are in JPG/JPEG format and under 150 KB in size.

Step 4: Submit Your Application

• Review all the details you have entered carefully.
• If everything looks good, click Submit.
• After submitting, download and print your application form for future reference.
